1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Demo Site (referred to herein as the "Site") constitutes a binding agreement to abide by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement encompasses all associated policies, including but not limited to our guidelines on Child Sexual Abuse Material and Non-Consensual Content, as well as our Privacy Policy. Together, these documents form the complete "Terms" governing your relationship with the Site.

Should you wish to end this agreement, simply close your account and stop using the Site.

Whether you browse as a guest or hold a registered account, these Terms govern your interactions with the Site across all devices and access methods. Throughout this document, we refer to you as "User" or "Users."

When we mention "Content," we are referring to all forms of media and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio files, software, and interactive features that you may encounter, upload, or share.

The Demo Site brand, including all associated logos, names, and visual identities, constitutes our proprietary trademarks and service marks. Any third-party marks displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners, and their presence here grants you no usage rights.

The appearance of any trademark, service mark, or individual's name or image on the Site should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the Site by that party, nor as our endorsement of them.

All Site infrastructure and associated materials (collectively, our "Works") are either created, owned, acquired, or licensed by us. These assets enjoy protection under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret statutes. We reserve all rights in our Works and the Site itself.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a restricted, revocable, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and utilize the Site and our Works strictly for private, non-commercial purposes. This license requires you to view the Site in its intended format, including all advertisements, without employing ad-blocking software or otherwise interfering with promotional displays.

Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation, public performance, or display of the Site or our Works beyond what is expressly permitted herein constitutes a violation of this license and an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Where we provide an embeddable player for sharing Content on external websites, you must preserve all its functionality intact, including any return links to the Site.

Your license remains valid only while you adhere to these Terms and terminates automatically upon breach or termination of the agreement. Certain Content may incorporate digital rights management technology to control usage; circumventing or tampering with such protections is prohibited and may be unlawful.

Without explicit authorization, you are forbidden from copying, downloading, distributing, broadcasting, displaying, selling, licensing, or modifying any of our Works or Content belonging to other Users.

8. Content Guidelines for All Users and Uploaders

Uploading Content to the Site requires a verified account, except for minor interactions such as leaving comments. Accounts containing fraudulent or incomplete information are subject to immediate termination.

By uploading Content, you represent and guarantee that:

  1. Your Content conforms to all applicable laws and will not subject the Site to legal claims, litigation, regulatory scrutiny, or financial liability;
  2. You possess the legal right to share the Content on this platform, it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or other rights, and you have obtained documented consent from all individuals appearing in it;
  3. Your Content satisfies all documentation requirements mandated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations (28 C.F.R. § 75), along with any other applicable age verification statutes;
  4. No individual appearing in your Content has been convicted of sexual offenses, crimes against minors, human trafficking, or comparable violations;
  5. Your Content is original and has not been previously submitted by you or any other User;
  6. Your Content complies with all provisions of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Should you breach these Terms or any related agreements, or if any of your representations prove false, we reserve the right to reject or delete your Content, close your account, and pursue any measures necessary to protect ourselves from liability.

9. Australian Online Safety Act Compliance

For purposes of this section, the following definitions apply:

  1. "Class 1A Material" encompasses any content depicting child sexual exploitation or abuse, extreme criminal violence, or terrorism-related subject matter.
  2. "Class 1B Material" refers to content portraying non-extreme criminal activity, violence, or drug-related subject matter.

These categories are collectively designated as "Illicit Material."

In accordance with Australia's Online Safety Act (2021), all Users acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Any Content uploaded or submitted for upload must fully comply with these Terms.
  2. Video and audio uploads must be completely free of Illicit Material.
  3. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance stance toward any material involving minors or qualifying as Class 1A Material. Discovery of child sexual abuse material results in immediate Content removal, permanent account termination, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, along with any additional enforcement actions we deem appropriate.

10. Record-Keeping Compliance (18 U.S.C. §2257)

By uploading Content, you affirm compliance with all federal record-keeping statutes, specifically 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 28 C.F.R. § 75, and any other relevant age documentation laws. Please review our 2257 Compliance Statement for detailed information. Upon our request, you must promptly furnish legible, appropriately redacted copies of government-issued photo identification confirming that every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of production, along with any required consent forms or model releases. "Depicted persons" encompasses all individuals who appear on camera, in photographs, or in recordings, regardless of whether they are clothed, partially clothed, nude, or engaged in sexual activity of any kind. Audio Content must not include voices or sounds of anyone under 18, whether in the foreground or background. Failure to produce requested documentation upon demand may result in account suspension or permanent termination. You agree to indemnify us fully for any expenses, damages, or legal costs arising from your failure to maintain proper records.

You bear sole responsibility for all activity occurring under your account. Permitting others to access your account is prohibited. Report any security concerns, such as compromised passwords, through our contact page without delay. Using someone else's account is forbidden, as is allowing others to use yours. You accept liability for any losses we incur due to unauthorized account activity, while we disclaim responsibility for any losses you may suffer.

Public profiles you create may appear in search results, both within the Site and on external search engines. We make no guarantees regarding the privacy of Content you choose to share. You determine what to publish within the bounds of the law and assume full responsibility for your choices.

By posting Content, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations, and you hereby grant the Site a global, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to utilize, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and otherwise leverage your Content for promotional purposes and service delivery across all media formats. You waive any moral rights claims against us to the maximum extent permitted by law. Other Users receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view your Content through the Site's intended functionality. Enabling third-party downloads of your Content is not permitted. Licenses associated with your Content terminate within a reasonable period following removal, though we may retain archival copies that are not publicly displayed. Licenses for comments remain in effect indefinitely. We neither endorse nor accept liability for User-generated Content.

11. Site Usage Rules

You may use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes outlined here and not for unapproved commercial uses without our written consent.

You must view the Site and its Content as presented, without changes, and not block or alter ads or verification tools. Using ad blockers or bypassing security features is prohibited. Content is offered "as is" for personal use via intended Site functions only, and you may not copy, distribute, or exploit it beyond what these Terms allow.

12. Prohibited Actions and Reporting

Report suspected violations of laws, rights, or these Terms via our contact page or the "Report" button beneath each item. We ban revenge porn, blackmail, or intimidation - report these too.

Do not use methods or tools to harm others, disrupt the Site, or misuse its data. Specifically, you must not:

  • Break laws or encourage illegal acts;
  • Disrupt others' Site use with harmful, abusive, threatening, violent, harassing, or offensive behavior;
  • Involve anyone under 18 (or local majority age) in accessing or viewing Content;
  • Post Content showing minors (real, simulated, or animated), including in photos, videos, or the same room;
  • Share Content without proof all subjects were of majority age when created;
  • Upload Content with underage or non-consensual acts, revenge porn, blackmail, snuff, torture, death, violence, incest, hate speech, or slurs (spoken or written);
  • Post false or damaging Content;
  • Share obscene, illegal, defamatory, or hateful Content or unauthorized ads, spam, or gambling material;
  • Use others' copyrighted or proprietary material without permission;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations;
  • Promote prostitution, trafficking, paid sexual meetups, or escort services;
  • Use tools to disrupt Site functions or security;
  • Exceed authorized access or tamper with verification or rights management tools;
  • Collect or misuse others' data or Content;
  • Alter Site parts or ads without permission;
  • Access Content outside intended means or exploit Site flaws;
  • Include unauthorized persons in photos or videos;
  • Depict bestiality or include animals/pets in any way in photos or videos;
  • Show illegal drugs (or those perceived as illegal, e.g., medicinal marijuana);
  • Feature participants visibly intoxicated from drugs (prescription, legal, or illegal) or alcohol;
  • Include sleeping, drunk, passed-out, voyeur, or hidden camera content;
  • Suggest incest or sexual relations involving family members;
  • Use excessively degrading dialog or verbal abuse;
  • Display feces, stained undergarments, blood, or urination (including squirting);
  • Show "Goatse" displays or "bukakke" scenes;
  • Feature illegal, unsafe, or extreme sexual activity, violence, torture, pain, erotic asphyxiation, rape themes, hypnosis, or actions causing harm to anyone depicted;
  • Depict or discuss illegal activities violating applicable law;
  • Show firearms, weapons, or goods whose sale, possession, or use is subject to prohibitions or restrictions;
  • Depict self-harm or harm to others with obvious real injury;
  • Include fake or manipulated sexual content about others (e.g., "deepfakes");
  • Use cartoons, GIFs, wallpapers, clip art, or excessively modified photos/videos;
  • Upload out-of-focus, dark, blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution content;
  • Include website addresses or contact information (e.g., phone numbers);
  • Depict or discuss private information of any person without written consent (e.g., name, address, phone number);
  • Violate credit card association standards;

You also must not:

  • Overload or damage the Site;
  • Create and/or maintain multiple accounts, such will be banned and/or deleted;
  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots) to copy or monitor Content without consent;
  • Manually copy Content for unauthorized purposes;
  • Interfere with ads using Site data;
  • Deploy malicious software or disrupt Site operations;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Site systems;
  • Remove proprietary notices;
  • Otherwise hinder Site functionality;

The foregoing list is non-exclusive, and we may, at our sole discretion, prohibit any activity we deem inappropriate.

13. Enforcement and Termination

We may, but are not required to, act when we detect or learn of violations of laws, rights, or these Terms, considering factors like violation frequency, severity, and impact. Actions include:

  1. Warning you (unless it undermines moderation goals) before suspending or terminating access for severe breaches (e.g., frequent illegal uploads or Child Sexual Abuse Material);
  2. Limiting Content visibility;
  3. Suspending or ending your account;
  4. Reporting you to authorities.

We may also:

  1. Remove or reject your Content at our discretion, especially if your identity verification is inadequate;
  2. Monitor Site communications for compliance or security;
  3. Pursue legal action for illegal use.

If we suspect violations, we may take interim steps while investigating, balancing User interests, rights holders, and our own. We use human and automated tools for moderation, with possible manual review. We fully cooperate with law enforcement requests, and you waive claims against us for related disclosures.

We strongly oppose child exploitation or trafficking, removing such Content and reporting it to authorities. Contact us via our contact page if you spot it. We may remove or manage any Content or messages at our discretion without liability, addressing objectionable or infringing material as needed.

We enforce strict guidelines for all content uploaded to our platform. Uploaders must confirm they have necessary consent and proper release documentation for all individuals featured in their content. To ensure the safety and integrity of our platform, we employ a combination of human moderation and technical tools. Our team of human moderators works diligently to review all uploaded content and prevent any violations of our policies, especially related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or other prohibited or illegal content.

14. Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable by default. No refunds or credits are provided for partially used subscription periods or unused services.

Refunds may be issued upon user request if the user contacts Customer Support. Any refund is granted solely at our discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis, including situations involving verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues.

If access to the platform is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Content Policies, or applicable law, no refund will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction, in accordance with payment processing requirements. No cash refunds, credits, or alternative payment methods are offered.

Users are encouraged to contact Customer Support prior to initiating a chargeback. We actively monitor refund and dispute activity and may restrict or terminate accounts associated with excessive disputes, suspected fraud, or abuse of the refund process.

15. Complaint Process

If we act against you, your account, or your Content (per Section 13 - Enforcement and Termination), or if you dispute our response to your violation report, you can submit a complaint within six months of our decision notice. Contact us via our contact page, providing full details and reasons for your objection.

We will review complaints fairly and promptly, possibly reversing decisions if:

  1. The Content did not violate laws, rights, or these Terms;
  2. Our inaction on a report was unwarranted;
  3. Our decision was otherwise unjust or excessive.

16. Misuse of Reporting or Complaints

We may temporarily block your access to our reporting or complaint systems if you repeatedly submit baseless notices or complaints, issuing a warning first unless it defeats the purpose. We assess misuse based on frequency, severity, and prior actions.

17. Account Termination

We accept adult Content but may deem it inappropriate beyond copyright issues (e.g., obscene or defamatory), issuing warnings or taking action per Section 13 (Enforcement and Termination). If you breach these Terms or pose legal risks, we may end your access at our discretion.

18. Intellectual Property Rights

Repeat copyright infringers face termination per Section 13 (Enforcement and Termination). We do not mediate trademark disputes; resolve them with Users directly or legally. Report clear trademark violations via our contact page - only owners or representatives may file, and we share your report details with the poster.

19. Reliance on Site Information

Site information is for general use only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or utility, and you rely on it at your own risk. We are not liable for third-party Content (e.g., User posts or external sources), which reflects their views, not ours.

20. Site Changes

We may update Site Content, but it might not always be current, and we are not obligated to refresh it.

21. Your Data and Visits

All data we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy. Using the Site means you have read and agree to its terms.

22. External Links

Third-party links (e.g., ads) are for convenience only. We do not control or endorse them and are not liable for their content or your use. Dealings with third parties are your responsibility.

23. Personal Information Disclosure

We collect identifiable data (e.g., name) only if you contribute Content or register, disclosing it only as per these Terms or Privacy Policy, with your consent, for legal compliance, safety, or Site transfer, or as required by law. We may charge you for costs of legal data requests. We keep your data as needed for compliance or protection, and you permit our access for these purposes.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest legal extent, you will defend and indemnify us, our operator, affiliates, licensors, and staff from claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) due to your Site use, Terms violations, third-party rights breaches, or harm from your Content. We control defense of such claims. This survives these Terms.

25. Disclaimers

You use the Site at your own risk, "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties (express or implied, like merchantability or fitness) to the fullest legal extent. You are responsible for any device damage or data loss. We do not guarantee Content accuracy or Site performance and are not liable for errors, injuries, unauthorized access, interruptions, viruses, or third-party offerings. Use caution with third-party products. No information from us creates unstated warranties.

26. Liability Limits

We, our officers, directors, and employees, are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages from Content errors, injuries, unauthorized access, interruptions, viruses, or third-party interactions, regardless of legal theory, even if advised of potential harm. This applies to the fullest extent allowed. You bear all risks of third-party conduct or Content distribution. There shall be no equitable relief.

27. Claim Time Limit

Any claim related to these Terms or the Site must be initiated within one year of accrual, or it is barred, despite any contrary law.

28. Litigation Notice

Notify us in writing within two business days of any legal proceedings or events that could significantly impact our business or assets.

31. Arbitration (US Users)

For US Users: Disputes go to binding arbitration under AAA Rules, not court, waiving jury trials. A single arbitrator decides, and rulings are final and confidential, except as legally required. Costs may be covered if arbitration is too expensive. Small claims or provisional relief are exceptions. No class actions allowed - only individual claims. Arbitrators cannot issue public injunctions; courts handle those post-arbitration. Invalid provisions are severed; this survives termination.

32. Arbitration (EU Users)

For EU Users: You may use certified DSA Dispute Settlement Bodies for unresolved disputes about Content decisions or reports, listed by the European Commission. We may refuse if disputes are already resolved elsewhere or complaints are late. Decisions are not binding. We do not join consumer arbitration under EU rules.

33. Miscellaneous

These Terms and your Site use are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. No waiver of Terms is ongoing unless we fail to act. Invalid provisions do not affect others. These Terms, Privacy Policy, and referenced documents are the full agreement. We may end these Terms anytime with notice, ending your access without data migration help. Deleted Content may stay in archives, subject to licenses here.
