The owners and operators of this website do not function as the primary producer (as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and relevant case law) of any visual content hosted on this site.
Content Creator Obligations
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, content creators are obligated to verify the ages of all depicted individuals and maintain proper documentation of such verification.
Members who upload visual content depicting actual or simulated sexual activity to this website represent and warrant their compliance with these regulations and all applicable laws. This includes confirming that all individuals appearing in such content were at least 18 years of age when the material was created.
By uploading content, each creator expressly certifies that:
- All individuals depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation;
- The creator maintains records of age verification for all depicted individuals as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75;
- Such records are available for inspection at the creator's premises during normal business hours; and
- The creator will retain such records for the period required by law.

Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the original producer of each visual depiction. Content creators using this platform have certified that they maintain such records in compliance with applicable law.
